Art is a way of self expression that evolves over time as the artist changes and grows. Sometimes there are themes in life that unify the changes. I have always been interested in women’s
traditional arts and crafts and all my work reflects elements of needlework, weaving, and other fiber media, especially applique.
Evolution and the way elements of the natural world behave and grow are other interests. I try to express how I feel about nature through brush strokes and vibrant color.
